BIPOC Birding Club of Wisconsin

Birds, nature, and a great community

Donate to the BIPOC Flock this Birdathon

The BIPOC Birding Club is thrilled to be hosting our third annual Birdathon! The Great Wisconsin Birdathon is like a walk-a-thon, but instead of counting miles walked, teams count bird species that they see! Birdathon donations helped fund our birding backpack project. Consider supporting the club and future outreach projects by donating today!

Birding is for all — including you!

The BIPOC Birding Club of Wisconsin is a community of people of color who love the outdoors and the birds and beauty of natural Wisconsin and wish to connect with others who share the same passion. Our field trips and events are open to BIPOC birders and allies of all skill levels and interests. Join us!

Improve your birding skills

Learn all about birds, their habitats, what makes them different and unique in this community of bird-lovers. Our no-judgement, fun, casual vibe will help you learn at your own pace. We just love birds and want you to love them too!

Be part of a community

The folks who bird in this club are open-minded, welcoming, and generous of spirit. We invite all BIPOC birders, regardless of who you are or where you come from, to join in our trips. We also welcome our white allies who embrace our community.
