Join us at 9 am at the McCaffrey Dr. entrance to the University of Wisconsin Madison-Arboretum at 1207 Seminole Hwy, Madison, WI 53711 for a birding walk at the peak of the fall color season. There should be plenty of birding action with late migrants and those birds that remain in Wisconsin year-round.

The Arboretum features distinct ecological communities, horticultural collections, effigy mounds, more than 17 miles of trails, and a Visitor Center. It is a place of active learning, reflection, creativity, land care, research, and recreation—where human, animal, and plant communities coexist (https://arboretum.wisc.edu/visit/).

The Visitor Center is 1 mile from the Seminole Highway entrance once you enter the arboretum on McCaffrey Dr. Park in the large parking area and we will meet near the visitor center.
