Save the date for our Black Birders Week Community Celebration in Milwaukee, WI!

Join the Zoological Society of Milwaukee, Havenwoods Neighborhood Partnership, and BIPOC Birding Club of Wisconsin for feather-filled family fun and to celebrate Black Birders Week! Black Birders Week was started in 2020 to celebrate Black joy in nature.  We’ll have a bird walk and family activities from 10 am to 2 pm. Families can make bird feeders, fly through a bird migration obstacle course, and learn about famous Black birders and scientists.
